QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

We will control our activities through the application, maintenance and continual improvement of a Quality Management System complying with the requirements of ISO 9001 - 2008. All employees are required to support this policy and work in accordance with procedures.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In the projects we have been involved in we endeavour to employ labour in the immediate community we are operating so as to empower the local communities. We also train the locals involved in our projects in different trades.

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

Paradox Young and Associates Pty Ltd acknowledge its responsibility to the environment and stakeholders to minimize harm to the environment. We are in the process of getting registered with the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA) and we intend to send our workforce for accredited training programmes with GBCSA.

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

The South African Built Environment is in serious need of Experienced Built environment professionals. The Department of Higher Education and Training listed Quantity Surveying as the fourth scarcest skill the country needs. Paradox Young and Associates intends to empower trainee Quantity Surveyors and assist them on their path to Professional Registration
